| 正面描述 | Blue and green note with allegorical vignettes of Labor at left and Welfare at right, rendered in a classical artistic style consistent with the broader P#34 series design. The central panel carries the bank title and denomination inscription, flanked by ornamental guilloche underprint work. This issue omits the order numbers that appear on the otherwise identical P#34. |

| 备注 |
De Nederlandsche Bank issued this note during a period of severe postwar monetary strain. The Netherlands had remained neutral in the First World War but was not insulated from its economic fallout — wartime disruptions to trade, hoarding of coin, and inflationary pressure across Europe forced the Bank to expand circulation considerably through the early 1920s. With over twelve million examples printed, this was a high-volume issue by the Bank's own conservative standards.
The series to which P#35 belongs saw progressive wear in urban circulation; surviving examples in genuinely clean condition are less common than the print run suggests, attrition from heavy use being the main factor.
