| Obverse description | At left, an intaglio-engraved vignette of a mangosteen branch with fruit and foliage is set against a lightly guilloche-patterned underprint in violet, with the large denomination numeral "10" at upper left and again within an ornate lathe-work medallion at right. The central text block carries bilingual inscriptions in Dutch and Malay, with the date 1946 below. Two manuscript signatures appear beneath the text, attributed to the Secretaris and President respectively. |
