The central cartouche carries the issuer inscription in ornate script lettering. The denomination numeral '10' appears in circular panels at lower left and right, with 'HELLER' inscribed on ribbon banners between them. A block of text in German states the conditions of issue and the redemption date of 30 November 1920, with the denomination numeral '10' in a sunburst circle at lower centre.
