| Obverse description | Printed in red-orange ink on plain paper, the obverse centres on a vignette of a tall stone tower or hilltop lookout set within a ruled rectangular frame and surrounded by stylised Art Nouveau flame and wave ornaments. The denomination '10 HELLER' appears in large numerals beneath the vignette, with corner cartouches reading '10 h'. Three handwritten signatures appear at the foot of the note, each accompanied by an official title: 'VICEBGM.', 'BGM.' and 'GESCH.G.R.' |
