The left panel contains a central text block within a ruled rectangular border, set with corner square ornaments, explaining the issuance of this Notgeld due to small-change scarcity, stating redemption for legal tender until 31 October 1920, warning against counterfeiting, and bearing the facsimile signature of the Bürgermeister F. Forsterpointner.
