| Beschrijving voorzijde | Green and brown letterpress note with a guilloche-patterned background. The denomination '10 Heller' appears in Gothic blackletter script at the top, flanked by the numeral '10' in each upper corner, with additional corner numerals at the base. At centre, a large circular vignette rendered in brown ink presents a portrait of a bearded male figure in a naturalistic style, surrounded by foliage. The redemption text is set in two columns to either side of the vignette, with two manuscript signatures below, attributed to the Bürgermeister and Vizebürgermeister respectively. |

| Beschrijving keerzijde | Green and brown letterpress note enclosed within a decorative foliate border. A large interlocking double-oval green guilloche underprint dominates the centre, against which the denomination numeral '10' is set in bold Gothic blackletter. Two oval vignettes, printed in brown, are positioned at left and right: the left vignette presents a view of a church with a tall steeple along a tree-lined road, the right shows a local commercial building. The inscription 'Gutschein Heller' appears above the denomination, with 'Gemeinde Waidendorf Nied.-Österr.' along the lower margin. The printer's imprint reads 'Druck C. Dueiser, Amstetten' at the lower right. |

| Opmerkingen |
Waidendorf is a small village in Lower Austria, and this note is a product of the acute coin shortage that gripped Austria during the First World War. Municipal authorities across the country — including parishes too small to appear on most maps — were authorized to issue their own emergency Kleingeld, filling the gap left by hoarded and melted coinage. The printer, C. Dueiser of Amstetten, handled a number of these local Notgeld commissions from surrounding communities in the region.
The hyper-local nature of these emissions means surviving documentation is thin. Waidendorf itself had no banking infrastructure of its own.
