| 裏面の説明 | Ochre-yellow ornamental border of geometric Viking-style motifs — arrows, rosettes, and interlaced panels — surrounds a pale central field. Two circular Viking disc-brooch vignettes in gold and black occupy the centre, joined by a tablet cartouche reading '10:KRONER:10'. The knotwork underprint fills the interior field. |

Denmark's current bridge series, introduced from 2009 onward, was designed by Karin Birgitte Lund and printed by De La Rue. The 10 Kroner is the lowest denomination in the set and, somewhat unusually for a modern Scandinavian note, has remained on cotton paper rather than transitioning to polymer — a deliberate choice by Danmarks Nationalbank, which has resisted full polymer adoption despite neighboring Sweden and Norway running trials.
By 2021 Denmark had already committed to phasing out cash infrastructure in significant ways, making late-dated examples of this series quietly anomalous objects: printed in quantity for a payment system the issuer was publicly distancing itself from.
