Within the medallion, a complex heraldic composition presents three crowned shields arranged around a central motif, each bearing distinct armorial charges including a lion passant, a star, and other regional emblems, with foliate and acanthus ornament filling the interstices. The four corners each carry the numeral 50 within square cartouches formed by dense engine-turned scroll work, and a continuous fine-line guilloche border frames the entire reverse. |
