备注	Zambia redenominated its currency in January 2013, replacing the old kwacha at a rate of 1,000 to 1 — this note belongs to the rebased series that made the new 10 Kwacha equivalent to the old 10,000. The reform was driven partly by practical frustration: transactions had become so unwieldy that even small purchases required figures running into the millions. G&D's Leipzig facility handled production, as it had for much of Zambia's post-independence note history. Watermark security alone places this squarely at the lower end of the series' anti-counterfeiting investment.
