Two signature lines for the Governor (Управитель) and Cashier (Касиерь) appear in the lower central area, above a repeated serial number in each corner. |

The denomination "10" appears in mirror image at upper left and upper right, and a cautionary anti-forgery inscription in Cyrillic runs across the lower portion of the design. |
