A central vignette carries the denomination numeral '10' within decorative cartouches at left and right, flanked by the trilingual value inscriptions 'TEN PALESTINE POUNDS', עשר לירות ארץ-ישראליות, and عشرة جنيهات فلسطينية. Serial number appears twice, at upper left and lower right, with a manuscript signature at lower left and a date of 14 May 1948 printed at upper right. |
