A small rectangular countermark reading 'Al-Hejaz' (الحجاز) in Arabic script, approximately 6 mm in size, is applied to the left field of the tughra. The outer rim is bordered by a continuous dentillated pattern. Additional Ottoman Arabic legends appear in the upper field around the tughra. |
