| Obverse description | Blue on light ground. The central field carries the Cyrillic text inscription and serial number, framed by elaborate guilloche borders with ornamental corner cartouches. The Montenegrin royal coat of arms appears at upper centre, flanked by decorative candelabra-style vignettes. The denomination numeral '10' appears in a plain box at upper right, with series letter and partial serial number in the lower corners. |
