| Obverse description | Red-brown note printed on plain paper, with the denomination numeral 10 repeated in each corner. A central vignette of the Montenegrin royal coat of arms — a double-headed eagle surmounted by a crown — occupies the middle of the note, with the value inscription ДЕСЕТ ПЕРПЕРА printed twice in Cyrillic, once above and once across the coat of arms. The upper portion bears the treasury legend in Cyrillic, the series designation Серија Б. to the left, and a circular official stamp applied in violet ink at centre-right; the lower portion carries the date Цетиње, 25 Јула 1914 and two manuscript signatures below the titles Предсједник Главне Државне Контроле and Министар Финансија. |
