The lower portion bears the issuing authority 'CAJA DE CONVERSION', the date of the enabling law, and two manuscript signatures above their printed titles. |

The central area presents the denomination inscription 'DIEZ PESOS' within a rectangular panel framed by ornamental scrollwork, flanked on the left by a numeral '10' medallion and on the right by an oval vignette frame; the upper centre carries the republic's name above a small eagle device.
