| Obverse description | The obverse is enclosed within a decorative guilloche border, with palm tree vignettes flanking the central design at left and right. The Rizal monument appears in the central vignette, with the provincial seal positioned to the right, and the issuing authority identified as the Leyte Emergency Currency Board in letterpress above a countersignature clause. The denomination TEN PESOS is repeated in bold type above and below the central legend, the serial number printed in red, and three manuscript signatures of board members appear across the lower portion. |
