Descrição do anverso	The right portion of the obverse carries a large green vignette of the Cabildo Histórico de Córdoba, rendered in a pale olive-green underprint with fine guilloche patterns forming the background. To the left, the numeral '10' appears in large teal digits at top and bottom, with two facsimile signatures and their respective titles printed in black below the issuing authority legends. The provincial coat of arms is printed in olive-green at the lower left, alongside the serial number repeated twice.

Legenda do reverso	LECOP CORDOBA (Decreto N° 2600/01) Artículo 1°: CREANSE las letras de cancelación de obligaciones provinciales como instrumentos de pago legalmente previstos para la extinción de las obligaciones de cualquier naturaleza del sector público provincial. Artículo 2°: LOS instrumentos de pago creados por el artículo anterior se denominarán LETRAS DE CANCELACION DE OBLIGACIONES PROVINCIALES DE CORDOBA (LECOP CORDOBA). Artículo 7°: LOS pagos efectuados a los acreedores mediante la entrega de las LECOP CORDOBA importará la extinción irrevocable de los créditos por cuya causa se formalizó la entrega. Artículo 8°: LAS LECOP CORDOBA se emitirán (...) a treinta y seis (36) meses de plazo y devengarán un interés anual del siete por ciento (7%). El total del capital se amortizará al vencimiento del plazo señalado. El pago de los intereses se efectuará en cuatro (4) cuotas trimestrales, con vencimiento - la primera de ellas - a los veintisiete (27) meses de la fecha de emisión. (Translation: LECOP CORDOBA (Decree No. 2600/01) Article 1: The letters of cancellation of provincial obligations are hereby created as legally foreseen payment instruments for the extinction of obligations of any nature of the provincial public sector. Article 2: The payment instruments created by the preceding article shall be called LETTERS OF CANCELLATION OF PROVINCIAL OBLIGATIONS OF CORDOBA (LECOP CORDOBA). Article 7: Payments made to creditors through delivery of LECOP CORDOBA shall constitute the irrevocable extinction of the credits for which such delivery was formalised. Article 8: LECOP CORDOBA shall be issued (...) for a term of thirty-six (36) months and shall accrue annual interest of seven per cent (7%). The total principal shall be amortised at maturity of the stated term. Interest payments shall be made in four (4) quarterly instalments, the first of which falling due twenty-seven (27) months from the date of issue.)
