| Beschrijving keerzijde | The denomination is displayed in two lines at the centre of the field, reading 10 QIND LEKU, flanked on either side by upward-curving olive branches with detailed leaf rendering. The word PROVA (Trial) is inscribed as a legend along the upper rim, clearly identifying this piece as a pattern or trial striking. The overall design is restrained and typographically clean, emphasising the denominational inscription within the decorative botanical framework. |

| Aanvullende informatie |
Albania's first national coinage was issued in 1926 following the proclamation of Ahmet Zogu as President — the same year he commissioned the Italian state mint in Rome to produce the entire series. The "Prova" designation marks this as a pattern or trial piece, struck to test dies or present for official approval before production decisions were finalized. Very few were distributed outside government and mint channels.
The Albanian monetary system of 1926 was built largely from scratch, the country having no established coinage tradition of its own after centuries under Ottoman administration.
