| 背面描述 | The central vignette presents a pair of Black Bucks (Antilope cervicapra) grazing amidst a landscape of trees, executed in detailed intaglio engraving in brown tones against a multicolour underprint. The Royal Arms of Nepal appear at lower right, with the denomination numerals in Devanagari (१०) and Western (10) script at upper left and right respectively within decorative cartouches. Inscriptions in Devanagari at lower left and the English legend "RUPEES TEN" at lower right complete the reverse design, framed by an ornate geometric border. |

Bradbury Wilkinson printed Nepal Rastra Bank's issues for decades, and this series reflects that long relationship — the New Malden facility handled the full print run across a span that stretched through multiple governors and political shifts in Kathmandu. The single watermark security is modest even by the standards of the period, though Nepal's remote geography and limited banking infrastructure meant that sophisticated counterfeiting was not yet the pressing concern it became later.
Three governor signatures across the run make date attribution relatively straightforward, with Kul Shekhar Sharma's 1974 examples being the earliest and least common of the three signature varieties.
