正面描述	The Colonial Arms vignette at top centre is framed within an ornate cartouche, flanked by the issuer's title across the upper field. The central area carries a broad letterpress band with the denomination TEN SHILLINGS in bold capitals, with numeral counters reading 10/- in dark intaglio panels at left and right within guilloche surrounds. The lower portion bears the manuscript date, three manuscript signatures above the legend FOR THE GOVERNMENT OF THE BRITISH SOLOMON ISLANDS, and two matching serial numbers at bottom left and right.
