Obverse description Central vignette presents two allegorical female figures flanking a Liberty cap atop a pole, with fasces columns forming the lateral borders of the note. A triangular cartouche at the base encloses the numeral '10', and two circular coin-type medallions appear in the background. The layout is framed by a decorative border with rosette corner ornaments, the entire design executed in letterpress.
