| Opmerkingen |
Bangladesh's Security Printing Corporation has produced this denomination domestically since its Gazipur facility came online — part of a deliberate post-independence push to reduce reliance on foreign security printers, a dependency that had created real vulnerabilities during the 1971 war and its immediate aftermath. The P#54 series ran across more than a decade of date varieties with only incremental changes, which makes differentiating individual issue years a more careful exercise than the long run might suggest.
Watermark-only security is notably lean for a note still in active circulation well into the 2020s.
