| Beschrijving keerzijde | A central oval guilloche cartouche encloses an intaglio vignette of a running boar rendered in green, flanked on each side by elaborate rosette guilloche medallions and foliate scroll borders. The issuer name NIPPON GINKO arches across the top in bold serif lettering, with denomination numerals 10 positioned at left and right within the guilloche panels. Below the central vignette, the English redemption clause PROMISES TO PAY THE BEARER ON DEMAND TEN YEN IN GOLD is set in serif type, while the Meiji era production year and red seal stamps appear on the lateral margins. |
