| Obverse description | Plain field enclosed by a raised inner border and broad rim, bearing three large Chinese characters arranged in a triangular formation: the character 局 (bureau) positioned at the top center, flanked below-left by 幣 (currency/coin) and below-right by 造 (mint/manufacture), together reading 造幣局 (Mint Bureau). The characters are rendered in bold relief with a formal clerical script style. The field is otherwise entirely unadorned, reflecting the trial or pattern nature of the piece. |
