Along the upper right, 'ZHONGGUO RENMIN YINHANG' is printed in Latin script, while the denomination and the issuer's name appear in traditional Mongolian, Tibetan, Uyghur, and Zhuang scripts, with a vertical Arabic numeral '10' at upper left and '10 YUAN' at lower left. The year '2005年' is printed at lower right of centre, above a band of microprinting that repeats '10RMB10RMB' on three lines and '人民币人民币' on the bottom line.
