正面描述	Intaglio-engraved note in blue and brown on a pale guilloche underprint. At upper left, a circular vignette contains a portrait bust of Tadeusz Kościuszko facing three-quarters right; at centre, the denomination DZIESIĘĆ ZŁOTYCH is printed in large bold lettering. To the right, a blank circular reserve for the watermark area. At lower centre, the Bank Polski eagle monogram within a circular frame flanked by oak-leaf sprays. Denomination numerals "10" appear at lower left and lower right within ornate cartouches, and the date and place of issue — WARSZAWA dn. 28 Lutego 1919 roku — appear above two manuscript signatures.
