| Obverse description | Red on multicolour underprint. A allegorical female figure with fruits stands before an altar at right, rendered in fine intaglio engraving. Bilingual text panels appear across the face alongside the denomination numeral, with a SPECIMEN overprint applied in red. The overall layout is typical of American Bank Note Company work of the period, with intricate guilloche patterning throughout the underprint. |
