正面描述	Red on multicolour underprint. A allegorical female figure with fruits stands before an altar at right, rendered in fine intaglio engraving. Bilingual text panels appear across the face alongside the denomination numeral, with a SPECIMEN overprint applied in red. The overall layout is typical of American Bank Note Company work of the period, with intricate guilloche patterning throughout the underprint.

背面描述	Dark olive-brown. The Nicaraguan Coat of Arms — an equilateral triangle enclosing a landscape of five volcanic peaks above a sea, surmounted by a Phrygian cap radiating light — occupies the centre within a circular legend band. Large intaglio numeral "100" panels flank the arms on both sides, set against dense scroll and guilloche border ornamentation. The printer's imprint appears at the foot of the note.
