The bank title 'CENTRALE BANK VAN SURINAME' runs along the upper margin, while the date '1 SEPTEMBER 1963' and the title 'PRESIDENT' are set at lower centre. |

| 裏面の説明 | Purple on multicolour guilloche underprint. The Coat of Arms of Suriname is centred, rendered in a design distinct from that of the 1957 issue, surrounded by fine guilloche border work. A serial number of two letters and six digits appears, and a text block at lower centre reproduces Article 260 of the Surinamese Criminal Code concerning the forgery and misuse of banknotes. |
