| Beschrijving voorzijde | The obverse is printed in brown on a light ground with dense foliate and baroque scroll ornamentation framing a central cartouche. Within the cartouche, the Cyrillic inscription ДЕРЖАВНИЙ КРЕДИТОВИЙ БІЛЕТ (State Credit Note) appears above the large denomination СТО КАРБОВАНЦІВ (One Hundred Karbovantsiv), with a note below stating the note's gold equivalence. The header inscription УКРАЇНСЬКА НАРОДНЯ РЕСПУБЛІКА (Ukrainian People's Republic) runs across the top, flanked by the numeral 100 on both sides, and two manuscript signatures appear at the lower portion alongside the date РОКУ 1917. |

| Beschrijving keerzijde | The reverse is printed in green and olive tones with an elaborate guilloche and foliate border framing a large central numeral 100, beneath which a decorative vignette of a wheat sheaf in a basket is rendered in the Ukrainian folk art tradition. Trilingual text panels appear in Ukrainian, Russian, and Polish, with an additional line of Yiddish script at the centre bottom. Smaller text blocks at left and right carry legal tender and anti-counterfeiting warnings. |
