To the left, a large ornate vignette contains the Croatian coat of arms — the red-and-white chequered shield surmounted by the Ustasha letter 'U' — set within an elaborate oval medallion of engine-turned lacework. The denomination 'STO KUNA' is rendered in bold letterpress at centre, accompanied by the issuing authority, place and date of issue, the title 'MINISTAR NARODNOG GOSPODARSTVA', a facsimile ministerial signature, and red serial number printed in two positions. |

A curved banner at the top carries the inscription 'NEZAVISNA DRŽAVA HRVATSKA' in letterpress. To the left, a separate circular guilloche rosette contains the numeral '100' in blue intaglio. The printer's imprint 'Leipzig · GIESECKE & DEVRIENT · Berlin' appears in small type at the lower centre margin. |
