正面描述	Black letterpress print on buff paper. The title TREASURY NOTE appears at top centre, flanked left and right by rectangular value panels each bearing the numeral 100 within a dotted border. The large denomination text One Hundred Marks is set in bold serif type at centre, below which a handwritten promissory clause states payability in coin at the Treasury, Rabaul, with manuscript date and two handwritten signatures at lower left and right.
正面铭文	TREASURY NOTE. 100 One Hundred Marks Payable in coin at the Treasury, Rabaul. Dated at Rabaul this 5th day of November 1914 For and on behalf of the Treasury. Entd. Treasurer.
