Reverse description Printed entirely in red, with an elaborate radiating guilloche surrounding the large central numeral "100", flanked by matching guilloche panels bearing the value numeral at left and right. A circular bank seal is superimposed over the central numeral, with intricate lathe-work corner ornaments completing the geometric design. The printer's imprint of the American Bank Note Company, New York, appears at the foot of the note.
