Descrizione del dritto	Central vignette of the ancient Roman gateway known as Bab el-Hawa (Gate of the Wind), the western gate of Bosra constructed in black basalt stone, situated at the terminus of the Decumanus Maximus. The Bosra amphitheatre appears as a secondary vignette, rendered in fine intaglio line work against a multicolour guilloche underprint.
