Obverse description The central intaglio vignette presents the Independence Monument of Phnom Penh against a multicolour guilloche underprint in shades of olive, blue, and purple, with a naga serpent motif at lower centre. The denomination numeral "100" is printed at upper left and lower right in both Khmer and Arabic numerals, with the issuer's name in Khmer script at upper right. Two facsimile signatures appear below the monument vignette at centre-left.
