| 备注 |
The Brunei Currency and Monetary Board has maintained a Currency Interchangeability Agreement with Singapore since 1967, meaning Brunei dollars and Singapore dollars circulate at par in both countries — a rare arrangement that survived even the separation of Singapore from Malaysia and has continued unbroken to the present. This note, issued across the Brunei-dollar series of that period, was fully acceptable at face value across the Causeway.
Thomas De La Rue printed the entire run from London, as they had for Brunei's currency since the Board's early issues. The security thread specification for this series is an embedded rather than windowed type.
