背面描述 The reverse is dominated by a detailed intaglio vignette of Abu Al Qubaib Mosque, rendered in dark blue with its characteristic array of small domes and a central minaret, set against a teal guilloche underprint with a maritime scene in the background. The denomination numeral '100' appears in large format at upper right within a geometric octagonal frame, and the script legend 'One Hundred Riyals' together with the date '2020' is inscribed along the lower portion, complemented by an intricate blue-and-gold Islamic star-pattern rosette at lower right.

备注

Qatar's shift to a hybrid substrate for this series was a deliberate durability decision — polymer-cotton composites resist the humidity and heat of Gulf circulation far better than pure cotton paper, which tended to degrade quickly in the region's climate. De La Rue had been supplying Qatari banknotes for decades before this issue, and the 2020 series continued that relationship through a period when several Gulf states were simultaneously modernizing their note designs ahead of the 2022 FIFA World Cup, which Qatar was hosting.

The security specification here is notably lean for a high-denomination note of this era — watermark and thread without windowed or color-shifting elements suggest the hybrid substrate itself was considered the primary anti-counterfeiting measure.
