| Obverse description | The obverse is dominated by a large central guilloche medallion in red and green tones, within which the Imperial Russian double-headed eagle coat of arms is centrally placed. To the left of the medallion, the numeral '100' is rendered in large ornate intaglio figures, while the text 'РУБЛЕЙ' appears to the right in bold letterpress. The denomination 'СТО РУБЛЕЙ' repeats in the outer border guilloche bands on all four sides, with a wide plain white margin at the far left reserved for signatures and serial numbering. |
