To the right, the heading ГОСУДАРСТВЕННЫЙ КРЕДИТНЫЙ БИЛЕТЪ is set in letterpress above the large bold denomination СТО РУБЛЕЙ, with redemption text for gold exchange and the date 1898 at lower right.
