| Beschrijving voorzijde | Intaglio portrait vignette of Angelika Kauffmann (1741–1807), the Austro-Swiss Neoclassical painter, rendered in three-quarter bust facing left and occupying the right portion of the note, with her name and dates inscribed below. To the left, an oval guilloche medallion encloses the Austrian double-headed eagle coat of arms, set against a multicolour underprint of interlocking rosette patterns. Three manuscript signatures appear in the lower centre beneath their respective titles GENERALRAT, PRÄSIDENT, and GENERALDIREKTOR, with the issue place and date WIEN AM 2. The denomination numeral 100 appears at each corner, with the house name BREGENZERWÄLDERHAUS inscribed below the vignette. A repeating letterpress underprint of the numeral 100 runs across the entire field in red and brown tones. |
