正面描述	Small vignette of the Jade Emperor at left, with a larger central vignette of the Jade Emperor at right. Inscriptions in Chinese characters give the issuing bank name, denomination in numerals and Chinese script, and the legend 天地通用紙幣 (universally accepted paper currency of Heaven and Earth).

背面描述	Printed entirely in red on white paper, the reverse carries a Buddhist sutra text known as the 鈔票經 (Banknote Sutra) in vertical Chinese script columns at right, alongside a ghost-printed underprint of the obverse design visible through the paper. Two red seal impressions appear at lower centre and lower right.
