Obverse description Intaglio portrait of King Władysław II Jagiełło in right profile, crowned and rendered in a medallion style at centre-right, with his name inscribed in an arc around the vignette. The left portion carries the Polish Eagle coat of arms above the bank title in three lines, a multicolour guilloche rosette at centre-left, and the date and dual facsimile signatures below. Denomination numerals appear at upper right within a dark guilloche panel, with additional security underprint and microtext along the left margin.

Reverse description The Polish state coat of arms — a crowned white eagle on a shield, with two crossed swords beneath — occupies the centre of the design against a multicolour guilloche underprint. To the lower left, a vignette of a medieval castle complex is rendered in outline style, while smaller heraldic crown motifs appear at upper left and upper right. The denomination is stated in large numerals at lower left, with the NBP monogram at lower right.
