The three embossed braille-style tactile circles added to this note were part of Iraq's early effort to make its currency accessible to visually impaired users — an accommodation that arrived well after most regional central banks had adopted similar features. De La Rue's Gateshead facility, formerly the old Bradbury Wilkinson plant absorbed through acquisition, handled the production.
The print date of 30 April 1945 in the metadata is self-evidently erroneous — almost certainly a data entry artifact. Pick #99 is firmly a 2013-series note.
