Beschrijving keerzijde Printed entirely in green, the reverse presents a large bold numeral 1000 at centre against a plain ground, framed by the title inscription above and denomination legend below. Matching circular vignettes at left and right each contain a heraldic eagle with spread wings resting upon a shield, surrounded by ornate scrollwork and corner denomination numerals 1000, all executed in a letterpress style imitating classic Federal Reserve note design.

Howard Printing Corp. produced this as a novelty item, not a financial instrument — it has no legal tender status and never did. These oversized pieces were sold as gag gifts and promotional curiosities in the early 1970s, a cottage industry that briefly flourished before the U.S. Secret Service began scrutinizing novelty currency producers more aggressively under the Counterfeit Detection Act amendments of that period.

Collectors file these under "cinderella" material. The dimensions alone disqualify it from any confusion with genuine Federal Reserve Notes.
