| 备注 |
Finland was still a Grand Duchy under Russian rule when this note entered circulation, and the Bank of Finland operated under that peculiar dual authority — nominally Finnish, structurally subordinate to St. Petersburg. The 1909 series predates independence by nearly a decade, issued at a moment when the Russification pressure of the Bobrikov years had only recently eased following his assassination in 1904.
Pick 15 is the highest denomination of its series. Large-denomination Finnish markkaa notes from this period were printed in relatively modest quantities and saw limited everyday use — thousand-markkaa sums moved between institutions, not pockets. Survivors with intact paper are uncommon precisely because so few ever circulated hard.
