Part of Mongolia's long-running prehistoric fauna series, which has drawn collector interest well beyond the usual dinosaur-themed novelty market. Sinraptor dongi, the species almost certainly referenced here, was recovered from the Shishugou Formation in Xinjiang — not Mongolia proper — making its appearance on a Mongolian issue a mild geographic liberty, though the broader Central Asian paleontological connection is defensible.
