The denomination VALE QUINCE PESOS appears in bold letterpress across the centre, above a handwritten location and the decree date Por el decreto de 19 de Julio de 1862. Three manuscript signatures appear at the foot, attributed to El Contador mayor, El Mtre. de hacienda, and El Tesorero gral., with a circular embossed seal to the left and a rectangular fiscal cachet to the upper right. |
