The "Arctic Territories" is not a recognized sovereign or administrative entity, and these notes carry no legal tender status anywhere. They are fantasy issues — produced for the novelty and souvenir market, not for any circulating monetary system. The hologram strip and polymer substrate give them a superficial resemblance to modern circulating currency, which is precisely the point.
The denomination "Polar Dollars" exists on no exchange rate and in no central bank ledger.
