| Reverse description | Central depiction of the sikke, the tall conical felt hat traditionally worn by Sufi dervishes of the Mevlevi Order, resting upon a folded garment, rendered in high relief. The central motif is set against an ornate geometric arabesque background of interlocking star patterns characteristic of Islamic decorative art. The circular peripheral legend reads 'MEVLÂNÂ CELÂLEDDÎN-İ RÛMÎ' along the upper arc, with the inscription '750.
