Opmerkingen

The Principality of Hutt River was a self-declared micronation established in 1970 by Leonard Casley, a wheat farmer in Western Australia who seceded from Australia in a dispute over wheat production quotas. These notes were never legal tender in any recognized jurisdiction and circulated primarily as novelty souvenirs sold to visitors and collectors — a revenue stream Casley cultivated deliberately.

The micronation was formally dissolved in 2020, shortly before Casley's death, making all issued material definitively finite.
